The goal of the project was the development and testing of an integrated methodology for business model innovation and implementation, which meets the special requirements of SMEs in the background of the green economy.
Responsible for the economic success of new business models is that they can be developed according to the strategic objectives of the company and thus be implemented efficiently. The core of the research project was the development and testing of an integrated methodology for business model innovation and implementation, which meets the special requirements of SMEs. This was intended to address the problem that SMEs, in particular, will not be able to follow the enormous speed with which old success potentials will emerge and create new ones. In particular, the so-called Green Economy offers enormous growth potentials for SMEs, which are far from exhausted.
