Im Spätsommer 2025 wird das Center „Smart Commercial Building“ mit seinen Forschungspartnern und -einheiten in das neue Gebäude ziehen. Das Parkhaus wird bereits im Sommer 2024 fertiggestellt. Die innovative Architektur des neuen 6-stöckigen Gebäudes, inspiriert vom 1. Bauabschnitt erstreckt sich über 10.000 m² Mietfläche und bietet flexible moderne Einheiten von 320 bis 680 m². Die Gebäudetechnik ist digital und Smart, ermöglicht die Kommunikation mit Nutzern und interagiert mit ihnen. In late summer 2025, the Smart Commercial Building Center with its research partners and units will move into the new building. The parking garage will be completed as early as summer 2024. The innovative architecture of the new 6-story building, inspired by the 1st construction phase covers 10,000 m² of leasable space and offers flexible modern units from 320 to 680 m².
