Diese Unternehmen sind konfrontiert mit Herausforderungen in den Leitthemen Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion, Gesundes Arbeiten, Digitale Kollaboration und Agilität/Innovation. Dieser Problematik soll durch die Inhalte des AC-HC-Hubs entgegengewirkt werden. Das Hauptangebot des AC-HC-Hubs soll ebendiese Hilfestellung für KMU in der Region Aachen leisten und vor allem über Vernetzungsmöglichkeiten zum Austausch und zur gegenseitigen Unterstützung beitragen. Maßgeblich tragen hierzu die beiden im Projekt entwickelten Toolboxen „Kompetenzmanagement“ und „Arbeitsgestaltung“ bei, welche unter anderem Leitfäden, Checklisten, Qualifizierungsmodule, Berichte über Practice-Beispiele sowie Self- Assessment-Tools umfassen und über die Website kostenfrei zugänglich gemacht werden. Darüber hinaus fungieren die Standorte der Anwendungspartner als explorative Orte, an denen Demonstratoren ausgestellt werden und besichtigt werden können. Ergebnis der Business-Model-Canvas: Im Vorfeld der Workshops rückten durch eine Recherche Initiativen in den Fokus, die inhaltliche Parallelen zum AC-HCHub aufweisen. Konkret wurde eruiert, wie die Finanzierung solcher Initiativen in der Regel gestaltet wird. Es stellte sich heraus, dass diese meist zentral durch öffentliche Gelder getragen werden (z. B. Bundesministerium für Gesundheit, Stadt Aachen, Land NRW). Dementsprechend wurde das Gelingen eines profitorientierten Betriebs des AC-HC-Hubs aufgrund der Beschaffenheiten der Branche als eher unrealistisch eingeschätzt. Da ebenfalls nicht sicher mit einer Anschlussförderung nach Ende der Projektlaufzeit geplant werden kann, erfolgte eine Einigung auf die Realisierung einer sicheren Lösung für die Dissemination der Forschungsergebnisse von GALA nach der Projektlaufzeit. Die geplante Verstetigung des Projekts soll demzufolge auf einem generalistischen, kostenneutralen Ansatz beruhen. Dazu werden die Inhalte der Toolboxen niedrigschwellig über die Website zugänglich machine interaction, healthy working, digital collaboration, and agility/innovation. These issues are addressed by the AC-HC Hub. The main offering of the AC-HC-Hub is to provide guiding services in the above areas for SMEs in the Aachen region and, in particular, to contribute to exchange and mutual support through networking opportunities. Two toolboxes developed in the project, "Skills Management" and "Work Design", which are comprised of guidelines, checklists, qualification modules, reports on best practice examples, and self-assessment tools, are made available free of charge via the website. In addition, the sites of the application partners serve as locations for exploration where demonstrators are exhibited and can be visited. Result of the Business Model Canvas: In the run-up to the workshops, in a research phase, initiatives with similarities to the AC-HC Hub in terms of content and focus were identified. Specifically, it was determined how these initiatives are typically financed. It turned out that the initiatives are mostly financed through public funds (e. g. by the Federal Ministry of Health, City of Aachen, State of North Rhine-Westphalia). Accordingly, the success of a profit-oriented operation of the AC-HC Hub was considered to be rather unrealistic due to the characteristics of the industry. Since the availability of follow-up funding after the end of the project period cannot be guaranteed, agreement was reached that a secure solution must be developed for the dissemination of GALA's research results after the project period. The continuation of the project is therefore to be based on a generalist, cost-neutral approach. For this purpose, the toolboxes will be made easily accessible via the website and the operation of the website and the offerings will be advertised and promoted via an already existing organization. Possible key partners for this project have already been evaluated and are currently being involved in further planning. In addition, each consortium partner is working out an individual consulting portfolio tailored to the target group, which will be positioned within the AC-HC network and should facilitate the placement of
