Darüber hinaus kann ChatGPT Inspiration bieten für die Entwicklung von neuen Ideen, Konzepten und strategischen Ansätzen. In der Bildung eröffnen sich Anwendungen als digitaler Lernassistent und auch in der Programmierung kann ChatGPT wertvolle Dienste leisten. Das Programm ist in der Lage, sowohl lauffähigen Code in verschiedenen Programmiersprachen zu erstellen als auch bereitgestellten Code zu analysieren und Programmierkonzepte zu erklären. Trotz der großen Potenziale ist ChatGPT aktuell noch nicht in Unternehmensprozesse integriert oder in Technologiestacks verortet (s. Figure 1). Der revolutionären Geschwindigkeit, mit der das Programm den Markt erobert hat, steht ein Evolutionsprozess in den Unternehmen gegenüber. Derzeit prüfen sie, inwieweit sie das Sprachverarbeitungsprogramm strukturiert einsetzen können und welcher Nutzen damit tatsächlich verbunden ist. The program is able to create executable code in various programming languages as well as analyze provided code and explain programming concepts. Despite its great potential, ChatGPT is not yet integrated into corporate processes or located in technology stacks (see Figure 1). The revolutionary speed with which the program has conquered the market is matched by an evolutionary process in the companies. They are currently examining the extent to which they can use the speech processing program in a structured manner and what benefits are actually associated with it. Where There is Light, There is Also Shadow: Opportunities and Risks of ChatGPT ChatGPT is ushering in a new era in communication that could mean profound change in business and society. For the responsible use of ChatGPT it is important to keep some facts in mind: For example, ChatGPT only works with data; it does not have any creative capabilities, as is the case with Artificial Intelligence. Furthermore, the knowledge base is limited to data that was available until the end of 2021. No
