Gegenüber anderen Plattformen wird bei der MARKET4.0-Plattform 1 , die in einem europäischen Forschungsprojekt entwickelt wurde, nicht nur die Firma selbst bzw. Teile des eigenen Produktportfolios sichtbar, sondern darüber hinaus entsprechende Produktionskapazitäten und -fähigkeiten. Die Herausforderung bei der Anbindung eines Unternehmens an solche Plattformen besteht darin, dass dies mit hohenAufwänden undRisiken verbunden ist, die nicht jedes Unternehmentragenkannodermöchte.Jedochisteineindirekte Anbindung über bereits existierende Plattformanbindungen oder das ERP-System deutlich einfacher realisierbar, sofern die Anbieter von Plattformen und ERP-Systemen bereit und technisch in der Lage sind, eine solche Anbindung anzubieten. Um dies zu fördern, muss der Onboarding-Prozess einfach und attraktiv gestaltet sein. Dies wird im Projekt ‚EDI-Multiply‘ durch die Bereitstellung von Konzepten und entsprechenden Templates als Open-Source-Lösung erreicht. Zusätzlichwird bei- spielgebend die myOpenFactory Software GmbH inklusive ihres Kunden B T Brammer B.V. / RUBIX amMARKET4.0 angebunden. Ziel von MARKET4.0: „Plug & Produce“ MARKET4.0 ist ein Plattform-Ökosystem, das Anbieter von Produktionsanlagen, Unternehmen der Fertigungsindustrie und Software-Dienstleister miteinander vernetzt. Der Leitsatz des Projekts „Plug & Produce” beschreibt insbesonde- re den Gedanken des Manufacturing on Demand bzw. des Production Equipment as a Service . Heute existieren drei spezi- alisierte Marktplätze für unterschiedliche Produktionsanlagen: Metallverarbeitung, Verarbeitung von Kunst- und Verbundstoffen sowieHigh-Tech, etwa Elektronik. Die Plattform bietet neben den E-Commerce-typischen Funktionalitäten, also Rechnungsversand, Zahlungsabwicklung, Lieferscheine etc., die Möglichkeit, über weitere Software-Dienstleister zusätzliche Services (z. B. Simulationsabläufe) durchzu- führen. Die Plattform selbst basiert dabei auf dem offenen Kommunikationsstandard Smart-Connected-Supplier-Network (SCSN). Dieser Standard modelliert essenzielle B2B-Prozesse über eigene UBL-Nachrichten, wobei die Datenübertragung selbst im International-Data-Space (IDS) erfolgt. Durch die vom IDS festgelegte Peer-to-Peer-Kommunikation ist es wiederum nicht mehr notwendig, Rohdaten über Dritte zu versenden. EDI-Multiply erweitert Plattform Um die Verbreitung und das Wachstum des Projekts MARKET4.0 zu unterstützen, werden mit dem Projekt C onnecting a company, especially a small or medium- sized manufacturing company, to a platform such as MARKET4.0increasesitsvisibilityamongalargenumber of potential business partners. This is achieved in the 'EDI-Multiply' project by providing concepts and suitable templates via an open source solution. In addition, as a specific use case, myOpenFactory SoftwareGmbH , including its customer BT Brammer B.V. / RUBIX , will be connected to MARKET4.0. The Goal of MARKET4.0: “Plug & Produce” MARKET4.0 is a platform ecosystem that connects suppliers of production plants and equipment, manufacturing companies, and software service providers. The project's guiding principle “Plug & Produce” captures in particular the idea of manufacturing on demand or production equipment as a service. Today, there are three specialized marketplaces for different production equipment: metal processing, processing of plastics and composites, and processing of high-tech components, such as electronics. In addition to typical e-commerce functionalities, such as invoice dispatch, payment processing, delivery bills, etc., the platform provides the opportunity to perform additional services (e.g. simulation processes) via software service providers. The platform is based on the open communication standard Smart Connected Supplier Network (SCSN). This standard models essential B2B processes via dedicated UBL messages, with the data transfer itself taking place in the International Data Space (IDS). In turn, the peer-to-peer communication defined by the IDS eliminates the need to send raw data via third parties.
