Intensive Zusammenarbeit als eine Säule des E-Mas-Programms Orientiert an der Implementierungsstrategie des E-Mas- Programms in Mexiko fand das FIR in der Tec de Monterrey (ITESM) einen strategischen Partner, mit dem es eine Kooperationsvereinbarung zur Förderung des Programms unter- zeichnete. Das ITESM spielte eine Schlüsselrolle im Programm, da dessen vorhandene Weiterbildungsplattform es ermöglich- te, Kontakte zu Führungskräften aus der Wirtschaft zu knüpfen, vor allem in den Regionen, die für die Automobilherstellung Mexikos bekannt sind: Campus Mexico City, Campus Leon und Campus Guadalajara . Diese Städte dienten als Schauplatz für die Networking-Plattform, die auf Konferenzen, Workshops, Vorträgen und den zertifizierten Kursen vor Ort basiert. Diese Aktivitäten erleichterten es, verschiedene Schlüssel-akteure in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Regierung und Bildung kennenzuler- nen, was dazu beitrug, das E-Mas-Programm auf andere mexi- kanische Bundesstaaten und weitere Industriezweige zu über- tragen und zu verbreiten. Unternehmensbesuche halfen dabei, das Bildungsangebot an die individuellen Anforderungen an- zupassen, die durch das Umfeld des jeweiligen Unternehmens definiert sind. Während dieser Besuche wurden Themen iden- tifiziert, die der spezifischen Weiterentwicklung der Kurse dienten. Zudem offenbarten die direkten Kontakte besondere Herausforderungen, wie z. B. die hohe Personalfluktuation in der Automobilbranche, die die Planung interner Entwicklungskarrieren der Belegschaft einschränkt, und halfen dabei, diese zu berücksichtigen. Das E-Mas-Programm unterstützt Führungskräfte darin, ihre Mitarbeiter anforderungsgerecht weiterzubilden, und darüber hinaus auch dabei, ihre Visionen zu verschiedenen Themen der technologischen und persönlichen Entwicklung zu teilen. Von der Vernetzungsplattformaus konnten Experten aus dem indus- triellen Umfeld als Referenten an internationalen Konferenzen teilnehmen, die seit 2019 organisiert werden. Auch die Leiter der Konsortialmitglieder des E-Mas-Programms hatten durch die Kooperationsvereinbarungen die Möglichkeit, sich mit Work- shops einzubringenoder als Gäste anVeranstaltungen teilzuneh- men. So konnte der Projektleiter des E-Mas-Programms, Roman Senderek vom FIR , an der „Engineering Week 2019“, einer von Continental Automotive organisierten Veranstaltung in Gua- dalajara, teilnehmen und dort denWorkshop „Kompetenzen für die Transformation zu Industrie 4.0 in der Automobi- lindustrie“ leiten. Eine weitere wichtige Allianz knüpfte das FIR mit dem Sekretariat für wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Regierung des the university to promote the program. Via the networking platform, experts from the industrial environment were invited to participate as speakers in international conferences, which have been organized since 2019. Furthermore, based on the collaboration agreements, the heads of the consortium members of the E-Mas program had the opportunity to host workshops or participate as guests in events. For example, the project leader of E-Mas, FIR ’s Roman Senderek, was able to participate in the “Engineering Week 2019,” an event organized by Continental Automotive in Guadalajara, where he led a workshop titled “Competencies for Industrie 4.0 Transformation in the Automotive Industry.” FIR formed another important alliance with the Secretariat of Economic Development of the State of Jalisco.
